Across three modules you'll cover the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) and what it requires of you personally; the NightOwl Data Protection, Data Retention and Privacy by Design Policies and how our operating model as an employer of record shapes your responsibilities; and the procedures for data subject requests, data deletion requests and suspected personal data breaches.
The course includes worked case studies drawn from real concerns escalated within NightOwl, all personal data removed, plus a printable quick-reference job aid.
